Have a section to view user submitted functions only, so you can have a user function DB. Allow when posting snippets to mark it as a function so you include it in the function section.

All snippets are not the same, so I suggest other ways to mark your snippet, so you can better categorize your snippets for easy browsing/searching...

I like your site.
a few suggestions.

- A RSS feed of the new snippets and comments on snippets.
- When making a comment on a snippet, I would like to be able to see the snippet on the same page, so I can easily refer to it.
- I want to submit some snippets. maybe a contact page where i can submit them, you look over them and approve/post them on the site.

Great site, I will defiantly be back.
